CBT and EMDR
The initial phone consultation (30 minutes) is FREE.
After that, fees are charged per session and each session lasts 55 minutes.
The first assessment session will take an hour and a half.
Initial 90 minute assessment - £90
This assessment fee is to be paid in advance on confirmation of the appointment.
Individual 55 minute sessions - £60
Online/virtual sessions of 55 minutes each - £60
Doctors letters/reports - £40
For third-party insurance providers, please contact me separately to discuss fees.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer (BACS). Clients are invoiced after each session.

If you intend on claiming for your treatment via your health insurer, please confirm with them that the treatment is approved before arranging your assessment.
Consultative Supervision

Individual supervision sessions lasting 60 minutes - £65
Supervision sessions of 90 minutes - £90
Group Supervision - Price on Consultation
For students enrolled on a recognised counselling certificate or diploma course concessions are available.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full charge for the session.
